California Mule

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rocket Vodka

• 6 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer

• 1/2 fresh-squeezed lime

• Splash of apple juice

• Sliced apple, for garnish

• Double-insulated mug

Directions

1. Fill a double-insulated mug with ice.

2. Add the Rocket Vodka, lime juice and a splash of apple juice.

3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

4. Garnish with sliced apple.
