Compensation. Revenue share, flexible work hours, and pure fun:

  • Commissions on specific sales directly attributable to you.

    • Tier 1: $2 per bottle for months during which you generate sales of 1-120 bottles = $2-$240.

    • Tier 2: $4 per bottle for months during which you generate sales of 121-240 bottles = $484-$960.

    • Tier 3: $6 per bottle for months during which you generate sales of 241+ bottles = $1,446-$7,200 per month up to 1,200 bottles per month.

  • Tier 3 sales earns lift tickets to a resort of choice (e.g. Heavenly, Kirkwood, Mammoth, Vail).

  • Complimentary schwag. Fun events (e.g. Yelp Elite, Rock Tahoe).

  • Commissions on indirect sales attributable to your crew members for each of them.

    • $1 per bottle for months during which your crew members generate sales of 1-120 bottles = $1-$120.

    • $2 per bottle for months during which your crew members generate sales of 121-240 bottles = $242 = $480.

    • $3 per bottle for months during which your crew members generate sales of 241+ bottles = $723-$1,446 or more.

Our peak moments. What you’ll do for us. 

Responsibilities, in priority order:

  • More Places (metrics: # of launchpads created and cases sold in specific territories)

    • Sales, new customers

      • Generate leads

      • Visit customers

      • Collect business cards and contacts (mobile, email!)

      • Host tastings

      • Submit orders

      • Develop business

    • Service, repeat orders

      • Deliver merch (e.g. barmats, coasters, mugs)

      • Secure menu placements

      • Train staff

      • Host events

      • Track depletions

      • Secure reorders

  • More People (metrics: # of après ski / liftoff events launched/attended/hosted, # posts and likes)

    • Find events

    • Host events

    • Share content

    • Tag customers (for promotion on @rocketvodka)

  • More Partners (metrics: # of partners, promotions, pros)

    • Promotions

    • Influencers

    • Events

  • More Proof (metrics: 100% data collection, reporting requirements)

  • Who: contact name, business name, business address, phone, email address, role, title, decider

  • What: liquor license #, venue type (e.g. bar, restaurant, retail, etc.), customer profile (age, economics, customer mix (local/visitor), biggest nights?

  • When: date, time, next steps, follow up

  • How much: cases/bottles, price/cost
